Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

As a Personal Secretary, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our agency’s digital services. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior executives.
2. Handle all correspondence including emails, calls, and documentation.
3. Prepare reports, meeting agendas, and presentations.
4. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
5. Coordinate travel plans, hotel bookings, and event arrangements.
6. Organize office files, maintain records, and handle data entry.
7. Act as the liaison between departments and external stakeholders.
8. Ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and deadlines.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
2. 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
3. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
6. Discreet, reliable, and detail-oriented.
