Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our agency’s digital services. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve agency growth targets.
2. Managing the sales team, setting individual targets, and motivating them to meet performance goals.
3. Identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.
4. Pitching digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Design, and Branding.
5. Preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
6. Collaborating with the marketing team to support lead generation.
7. Analyzing sales trends and presenting reports to senior management.
8. Monitoring competitor activities and adapting strategies accordingly.
9. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,  or any other field.
2. Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience (Digital Agency experience is a strong plus) or Virtual Assistant.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
4. Goal-oriented, proactive, and tech-savvy.
5. Ability to manage and grow a high-performing sales team.
